穆宏磊

穆宏磊:博士,研究员,浙江省青年拔尖人才,省151人才第三层次,现就职于浙江省农业科学院食品科学研究所。2007年毕业于武汉大学化学与分子科学学院有机化学专业,获理学博士学位。目前主要从事食品化学、农产品贮藏及加工等相关领域工作,近年来对脂质组学及过氧化机理,果蔬产品智能包装材料等方面进行了系统工作。先后主持国家自然科学基金2项,国家重点研发子课题1项,省重点研发项目1项,农业部行业专项子课题1项。参与国家支撑计划、农业部行业专项和其它重大和重点项目10余项,发表文章20多篇,其中SCI论文7篇,EI论文2篇,授权国家发5项,获国家科技进步二等奖1项(排名5),省科学技术奖一等奖1项(排名3),农业部中华农业科技奖一等奖2项(排名3,4)。
